TEACHING

Combined with the Research Centers we will offer special Seminars on relevant technics and technologies to be useful for Restaurants daily work.

RESEARCH

How react with different EVOO’s when changing its temperature and its combination with a base of 100 foods, the most used, presented in its corresponding recipes. The marriage or relationship they have with the EVOO-food will prevail to know the benefits of healthy or unhealthy food.
